It was a Saturday afternoon that Seba won’t soon forget.
On June 13, Inclusive Momentum held a Rubik’s Cube training session at Office 146 — and the bright, welcoming space set the perfect tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable day. With comfortable meeting facilities and a warm atmosphere, Office 146 gave us exactly the kind of environment where breakthroughs happen.
Our session was led by Nafisah, one of our visually impaired (VIP) instructors whose patience, skill, and passion for the cube is an inspiration to everyone she teaches. Among the participants that afternoon were a young boy named Seba and his grandfather Alan, who came in curious — and left amazed.
Within just one hour of learning, Seba solved the Rubik’s Cube for the very first time in his life.
And then he did it again. And again. By the end of the session, Seba had solved the cube five times.
Watching Seba’s confidence grow with each solve — and seeing Alan’s proud smile beside him — is exactly why we do this work. The Rubik’s Cube is more than a puzzle. It’s a tool for building focus, memory, spatial reasoning, and confidence. When taught by a VIP instructor like Nafisah, it also carries a powerful message: that ability takes many forms, and that blindfolded or sighted, anyone can learn to solve the cube.
We are grateful to Office 146 for hosting us, to Nafisah for her wonderful instruction, and to Seba and Alan for bringing so much energy and joy to the room.
